Permission has been obtained to export Uzbek fruits and vegetables to the markets of Myanmar and Ghana. Phytosanitary permits were obtained for exporting 12 types of products from Uzbekistan to these countries: cherries, pomegranates, melons, grapes, lemons, apricots, plums, nectarines, dates, apples, hot peppers, beans. Currently, work is underway to obtain phytosanitary permits for exporting the following products: to Thailand and Indonesia – cherries, the United States of America – grapes and melons, Egypt – pomegranates, apples and plums, India – pomegranates and apples, the Republic of Korea – grapes, China – nectarines, plums and apricots.
