“The main sales markets for the economy are Odessa and HoReCa retail chains. At the marketing stage, “Health Portion” cooperates with a private greenhouse farm from the village of Usatovo (Belyaevsky District), specializing in the cultivation of edible flowers, such as saffron, ”the report said.

Now Odessa greenhouses are considering the possibility of cooperation with a chain of restaurants in Kiev. And this is not the last innovation of farmers.

“Now the farm is organizing an experimental site for hydroponics (without soil, that is, on water flavored with micro- and microelements), increase sown area, increasing the number of store shelves, and are preparing for certification according to the Organic Standard system,” writes the Ukrainian business project -horticulture development.
