According to Nuz.uz, today construction work is underway on 30 hectares, of which a greenhouse has already been built on 3 hectares and tomatoes are grown.

The soil in the area is saline and low productivity is noted, therefore, for the efficient cultivation of crops and high yields, there appeared hydroponic greenhouses that help save water and ensure high productivity.

Hydroponics greenhouse – a system that fully provides plants with water and nutrients. Temperature, water and nutrient supply to plants are automatically regulated. Water enriched with minerals and vitamins is supplied by the drip method directly to the root system of plants.

According to experts, if in the traditional method 3 kilograms of tomatoes can be collected from one bush, then 12 kilograms can be obtained on the basis of hydroponics. Maturation is accelerated by 25-30 days.

To implement the project, it is planned to attract foreign investment in the amount of $ 80.2 million. 850 jobs will be created.
